¡Hola! My name is Liz Keller and I am the Spanish teacher here at Clarion High School. Originally from Punxsutawney, I obtained my B.S.Ed. in Spanish Education (K-12) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, as well as my B.A. in Spanish language and a minor in Educational Psychology. While obtaining my degree, I lived abroad in both Costa Rica and Spain. I have also traveled, and continue to travel, to Guatemala on mission trips with efforts to provide humanitarian aid to the small village of Santa María de Jesús. Upon graduating from IUP, I taught Spanish at Union High School for 2 years before becoming a Bobcat this year! My courses this year are Spanish levels I-V. This web page is a great resource for information about what is happening in Spanish class, but for any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I know schedules are busy, and sometimes it is hard for us to get to a phone, so e-mail is always the best (and easiest!) way to reach me.
I am very excited to meet my students this year, and I look forward to speaking Spanish with them! ¡Chao!
